Life is ...

Unpredictable. My colleague’s (who was also a good friend of mine) passing left me feeling really sorry for his family members and his loved ones. I miss this friend greatly too… He’s someone who would always joke with me using our secret slang, “gone wei”, and sometimes leaving some “GW” personal notes on our instant messengers. He’s an awesome and a helpful guy, and young, just about to turn 27 this November. We’re all gonna miss him a great deal…

What is life really? I say that life is a gift from God that we should live purposefully by touching other lives, starting from our closed ones (our family) and then the people around us… apart from letting time pass us by while we’re engulfed in our study, work, career, striving for wealth, ministries, etc. Really, it’s so true that life is a gift from God, the present is a gift from God for we never know what will happen the next minute, the next day. We are all still here by the grace of God. Give thanks and pray daily for God’s protection to be upon you and the people around you, my friend.

I truly thank God for all that He’s given to me and what He has planned for me. God’s grace is enough for me. Now I understand this. I pray that God will bless my friend’s soul.
